ok this is noobish i know...seached forum..didnt find anything concrete...what are skill points for? I get them at missions but i dont know how to use them, and ive been playin for a while now...

You buy skills are SKill Trainers, located in major cities and such.

It costs one skill point per skill purchased.

It also cost's 1 skill point to buy a Signet of Capture. So if you want to go capping Elites, you need to have some skill point's for the signet's.

By using your storage you can.
Place item in storage, and since it is shared across all your characters, when they get to post sear they can access that item.
